Click the "OK" button.
-
Click the "Advanced" tab.
-
Make sure that the SMTP Port Number is set to 5190.
-
Make sure that the POP Port Number is set to 110.
- IMPORTANT!!! You MUST change
the Outgoing Server (SMTP): to 5190 and
click on "OK".
Why?? Many ISP's have started to block the relaying of email through
the default port 25. Using this alternative port allows you to
send email via your Radical Webs email account. This setting accounts
for almost 90% of all support calls so please make sure you have
yours set correctly.

Congratulations! Your Radical Webs email account has been successfully set up.
