Log in to your Control Panel

1. To get to your Control Panel Log In page. In your web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox) first go to your website then add the following to your domain name after the browser.

http://www.yourdomainname.com/ControlPanel/

Please note the capital 'C' and capital 'P' in ControlPanel. Replace yourdomainname.com with your actual domain name.

2. The login page will load. Enter your username and password as provided by Radical Webs or your systems administrator. This can either be the username and password for an individual email account or your master password to control the hosting account and add new email accounts.

3. Once you have successfully logged in you will arrive at the Control Panel Screen.

If you logged in as the Master User your Control Panel screen will look like the below:

  1. The User Management section enables you to create/edit/delete user accounts. You will be able to set a quota for the user account as well, i.e. 30MB.
  2. The Domain Management section allows you to manage the different domains running on your VPS.
  3. Mail Management : This is where you configure e-mail addresses to be delivered to the appropriate user accounts. If you create a new user account in section 1 above, an email address will be created during that process.
  4. File Management: This section allows you to traverse the file directory on the server.
  5. My Profile: This section allows you to change your password and alter your profile settings. If you want to change the master password, please consult your web developer first as changing the master password will stop your web developer from accessing the site. If worst comes to the worst, we can always reset the master password. For more information click here »
  6. My Preferences : Custom preferences for the Control Panel can be set in this section.
  7. System Administration : This advanced area allows you to schedule tasks to run on the server, manage services running on the server and view log files, among other things.
  8. Mail: This tab will switch your view to your Webmail. For more information click here »

If you logged in as an Email User your Control Panel screen will look like the picture below; pretty much the same as above but with less options.
