Changing your password

1. Go to change password screen
2. Change your password
3. What if I can't remember my existing password.
4. I'm still unable to change my password

1. Go to change password screen

• From the Control Panel, click on Change My Password in the My Profile section on the left.

2. Change your password

• New Password: Enter the new password you want to use
• Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password you want to use
• Click on the Save button

3. What if I can't remember my existing password?

Contact your systems administrator, computer support person or web developer. They will be able to reset your password from the Master Control Panel. If you have access to the Master Control Panel, you should log in as the Master User and reset your password in the User List area. For more information click here »

4. I'm still unable to change my password

If you don't have a systems administrator, computer support person or web developer, or you are still unable change your password in the Control Panel. Thats OK, give us a call and we will be glad to help.
