1. Go to Webmail
- From the Control Panel click on Mail at the top of the page

- Much like the Control Panel screen, the menu in the center is the same as the navigation menu along
the left side.

2. Inbox
- To view your Inbox, simply click on the Inbox link on the left side near the top. You should then see a list of your emails currently on the server. You may sort the emails by From, Subject, Date or Size by clicking on the column headers.
- To read an e-mail, click on the e-mail Subject. Go
to View Mail »
- To check for new messages, click on the Check Mail link at the top of the e-mail section.

3. Deleting an e-mail from your Inbox
- Check the check box next to the e-mail you want to delete.
(You can select more than 1 email if you wish)
- Click on the Delete button

4. View E-mail
- To Delete the message you are reading, click on the Delete button.
- To Reply to the person who sent you this email, click on the
Reply button.
- To Forward this email to someone else, click on the Forward button.
- To download a message attachment, click on the file link next
to Attachments.
Note if an email is in HTML format (in
other words like a webpage not just text) the HTML will be attached
to the email.

5. Mail Folders
- If you click on the Folder List link under Folder Management on the left side,
you will see all of your mail folders: Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, Trash. This will allow you to see how much email is in each folder and clear out a folder quickly.
- Inbox: Clicking on the link will take you
to the Inbox.
- Sent Items: If you use the webmail interface to send e-mail, clicking
on this link will show you a list of all the emails you sent via
your webmail interface. The format is the same as your Inbox.
- Drafts: If you Compose emails in the webmail
interface, you have an option to Save Drafts. Those emails your
save as a draft will be stored in this folder
- Trash: Any mail you delete using your webmail
interface will be sent to the Trash folder. Also if you are using
the Spam
Filtering options with your webmail, any emails
flagged as spam will be sent here. You should check and clear
your Trash folder at least once per week to maintain smooth
performance of your webmail.
- Quarantine: If you are using the ClamAV anti-virus options
with your webmail, there will also be a Quarantine folder. As
per the spam folder, you should check this folder regularly and
clear out any emails with virus' attached.
- Clearing your mail folders: If you are using
the webmail interface and tools, you should clear your trash and
quarantine folder at least once per week. If it gets over loaded,
it can cause problems in addition potentially to taking a long
time to manage.

7. Mail Forward
- To create a mail forward, click on the Mail Forward link
on the left hand side of the screen
- Click on the Forward email to the following email address(es) radio button and type in the appropriate email address(es)
- You can also choose to save a copy of all forwarded e-mail in your Inbox by selecting the checkbox labelled "Save a copy of forwarded mail on the server"
- Click on Save

8. Autoreply
- To add an autoreply, click on the Autoreply link
on the left hand side of the screen, near the bottom
- Select the Autoreply with the following message radio button
- Enter your message into the text box
- Select the appropriate Autoreply Interval
- Click on the Save button.
- Now an automatic reply will be sent to any email that arrives
in your Inbox. (Note: Including any spam)

- To stop the autoreply, simply select the Do not autoreply radio
button.
- Click on the Save button.
